Visual Designer

About the role:

We are seeking a full-time visual designer to join our Creative team. You will join a team of talented developers and designers to help with creation and development of all visual brand communications. Working within existing and evolving brand guidelines, you will support cross functional teams throughout the company and execute on creative problem solving and innovative visual solutions.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering to continue to build and evolve the Aptos brand identity
• Designing UI/UX flows across ecosystem engagement
• Work closely with engineers and developers to identify and improve upon UI/UX related solutions
• Develop and design assets for branding, events, communications, web, marketing, social, and anything else that requires visual brand solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 5+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
