We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a Project Manager for one of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  •       Organizational ability and attention to detail in order to manage multiple projects successfully at the same time.
  •       Problem-solving abilities in order to overcome customer challenges and problems.
  •       Time management skills to transition between projects easily.
  •       Excellent internal communication skills.
  •       Having enthusiasm for learning new things and continuously improving the existing skills.
  •       Excellent team management skills.
  •       2+ years of experience in the marketing industry, preferably in Web Development, and Marketing automation platforms such as Active Campaign and HubSpot.
  •       Recommended HubSpot certificates:
  •       Guided Client On-boarding
  •       Marketing Hub Implementation
  •       Sales Hub Implementation
  •       Service Hub Software
  •       Agile project management experience preferred

Position Overview

The primary role of a Project Manager is to be accountable for the success of any and all projects that are assigned to them, success is defined as “on time, within the scope and with quality as committed.” That includes the coordination with team members and the completion of the project within the expected time, budget, and quality. The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the team members have all resources required to finish the project and work in the best way possible. They have to monitor all tasks and ensure possible and real deadlines and every aspect of the project. The Project Manager will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis (Account Manager), ensuring the success and innovation our client seeks are being achieved. 

Role Objectives:

●      Take direction from Account Manager(s) to effectively deliver successful outcomes for customers

●      Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

●      Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

●      Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

●      Work with Account Managers to analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Daily:

●      Create tasks that can be clearly delegated to the right team member based on their skills, experience and time availability.

●      Ensure that all team members have the resources they need to complete assigned work with the expected quality and within the expected timeframe.

●      QA completed tasks prior to delivery to the Account Manager or Client.

Weekly:

●      Keep track of the project progress and develop the appropriate documentation (Reports for Account Manager)

Monthly/Ongoing:

●      Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate Operations Manager or Account Manager as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

●      Communicate to the Operations Manager any significant challenge or roadblock that the project is experiencing or can face in the near future.

●      Use and continuously develop leadership skills.
