Project Manager VA

Overview

Alpha is a young and growing NFT marketing business with clients and team members situated across the globe.

As a project manager and virtual assistant your job will be to manage the team, client projects and their deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings both internally and externally with clients taking notes on who is doing what and when it needs to be delivered
• Sharing notes out and creating tasks from these in project management software
• Tracking team tasks and flagging delivery blockers early
• Managing communication channels both internally and externally
• Optimise delivery steams
• Weekly reports to department heads across all projects

Experience

• You should have project managed at least 2 projects in the past. These can be digital marketing or product development
• Mastery of efficiently settling up meetings and planning projects
• Good knowledge of project management software, right now we use Notion but are open to others
• Very good with people, able to encourage and track tasks at individual and team level, making it feel important and fun rather than a chore
