About Sheesha Finance:

Sheesha Finance is the first decentralized mutual fund of its kind where investors can simply stake their tokens and claim their rewards from unlimited future projects. It caters to anyone interested in investing in DeFi and gaining exposure to tokens from projects on both the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain – soon expanding to the Polygon and Cardano chains.

The role:

You will probably already have experience in working with one or more of the numerous blockchain businesses, offering either B2C or B2B SaaS solutions, combined with the experience of building and maintain an active network of industry-related connections. This role will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, continuous flow of new partnerships, maintain relationships and meeting partner expectations.


- Identify new and emerging markets for business development and lead on the development and implementation of a business development plan

- Develop new relationships and partnerships with key influencers and partner organizations

- Reach out to new partners, conduct presentations for prospective partners, negotiate deals and agreements and account manage those agreements

- Onboard partners and maximize the likelihood of a long term and beneficial partnership

- Own forecasts and track named strategic partner metrics

- Working with the Director of Marketing & Partnerships to develop the business model

- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

- Coordinate with centralized and decentralized exchanges for listings


- Ability to persuade and influence, including influencing senior people internally and externally

- Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and pitches

- Have proven experience delivering transformative results and driving innovative deals/partnerships.

- Prior work experience with crypto/blockchain

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

- Can take initiative and work independently

- Project management skills; ability to coordinate complex and multiple projects, delivering to a high standard

- Highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks and, manage and resolve workload conflicts

- Able to motivate and develop staff, work across teams and build effective working relationships internally and

Nice to have:

- Relevant experience within the blockchain sector

- Be a 'crypto native' (since at least 2018), participated in several token sales either individually or with teams that issued tokens (successful or otherwise)
