Do you want to help shape one of the most exciting NFT business in Japan?We love to be innovators and think creatively, one prime example was the launch of our first ever NFT in May 2021.In this brand-new role as DAZN first ever NFT Marketplace Business Owner in Japan, you’ll be responsible for the management of our new innovative marketplace B2C Sport platform. You’ll be responsible for executing the best strategies that drive awareness, engagement and ongoing improvement conversion, creating profitable growth for our marketplace.You’ll be accountable for creating and monitoring digital and offline marketing activities and budget, monetization of the income/ outbound traffic together with cross product marketing activities between other teams and products, ongoing optimizing the onboarding funnel and the customer journey for the optimal revenue, building/executing content strategies,Your end goal will be to drive YoY growth for the marketplaces and to achieve sales targets.This role can be based in Tokyo.


 As our new NFT Marketplace Business Owner, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Managing DAZN NFT Sport B2C marketplace, direct responsibility of the development and NFT/Nifty product roadmap, agencies, partners, together with plan and execute integrated campaigns to grow and engage the DAZN marketplace community. Own the end-to-end NFT marketplace user experience and customer journey, communicating with customers, partners, and the DAZN marketplace sports users. Managing and maintaining different Nifty product listings, Nifty ratings, ensuring proper site NFT inventory availability, guiding and coordinating Sport NFT inventory and related fulfillment. Lead the development of cross channel marketing campaigns and engagement plans for new NFT launches, auctions, new Nifty feature roll outs, and events and report on their performances. Facilitating coordinated promotional marketing campaigns with other departments, budgets and general PR plan with major announcements, conferences, podcasts and other opportunities to achieve key results as set on quarterly and annual basis with a specific focus on NFT Sports growth. Ongoing ensure all NFT content and users’ journeys are optimised for user experience and deliver the best experience across mobile, tablet and desktop platformstogether with making data-driven decisions about direction to grow the consumer user base. Responsible for developing and delivering existing NFT growth opportunities and programmes (e.g., refer a friend, affiliation subscription model, SEO, ASO paid advertisement etc.) Ensure the NFT marketplace sport product aligns with DAZN brand positioning and tone of voice (website, blog, social media, community channels etc.) Facilitate communication throughout the development of DAZN NFT marketplace and it’s different NFT’s (offering). Collaborate with designers, developers, customer support and other DAZN cross-functional stakeholders to build and lead the NFT marketplace growing and growing.


You’ll be set up for success if you have:

Initial experience and understanding of NFTs, Crypto and blockchain space in general First management experience and thorough understanding of digital merchandising, marketplace from any industry or sector, such as; NFTs, eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, Retail, Tech, Startups, Travel, Media, Fintech, gaming, Insurance etc. Strong familiarity with e-commerce working methodologies, marketplace, auctions, and NFT communities. Expertise in planning and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies for NFT or other blockchain space products or with the e-Commerce industry. Knowledge in one or more of the following Paid, Media marketing/performance marketing/Affiliation/SEO/ASO/CRM marketing Experience project managing software related and emerging product roadmap-management with rapidly changing markets Confident in working with marketing agencies and partner networks to execute campaigns through various channels Payment processing or FinTech Understanding the online customer payments, payment processing, crypto payment, FIAT payment. Initial experience in managing vendor relationships


Even better if you have:

Experience managing B2C/B2C NFT platforms/marketplaces and/or in launching NFT products Knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency, non-fungible token “NFT”, blockchain technology, Bitcoin, Ethereum, alternative digital currency, non-fungible tokens and emerging digital markets. High sensitivity to design layouts and user-experience.
