In this role, you will build new social media capacity globally, transform social media presence (external and our own social media platform) and improve engagement with user base.

What you will be doing

Lead a team of social media managers, content creators, and community managers. Design/test/scale new social media campaigns to drive follower growth, Develop and implement social strategies that drive community engagement and increase Gate.io brand awareness and user acquisition. Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out. Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing and business efforts.

What we are looking for

5+ years of work experience in social media management and/or strategy in crypto exchange, Web3, Online gaming, Mobile Games Experiences with Social Marketing and Brand creatives, with global experience, working on expansion and global scale. Strong analytical thinker. Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with copywriters, designers, customer support, product managers, etc. Creativity in finding new angles that resonate with our audiences Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal
