NEAR Foundation’s Strategic Funding Team assists NEAR ecosystem projects with external funding opportunities and visibility within NEAR’s extensive VC network. The IR Associate will support end to end management of NEAR’s investor network. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a plan for proactive investor outreach for key groups of current investors
  • Help manage and grow existing investor relationships to encourage further NEAR engagement
  • Help develop the key messages for communication to existing and potential investors
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the NEAR ecosystem and broader Web3 industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key members of the NEAR Foundation and collective to ensure full understanding of the needs of the broader ecosystem
  • Develop thought leadership content for investors to be included in monthly investor newsletter, blog posts, and thought pieces
  • Travel and direct in-person engagement with investors will be critical in this role. Prioritized attendance and participating in conferences will be essential
  • Working closely with Grants, Product, Marketing and Finance teams to build an understanding of NEAR and assist in the development of a communication strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related work experience. MBA a plus
  • 8 or more years working with investors in an investor relations capacity and/or working with public market investors in another capacity such as sell-side/buy-side research analyst
  • Credibility with the investor community – existing strong Web3 community a big plus! 
  • High degree of financial literacy
  • Understanding of NEAR and the NEAR ecosystem
  • Ability to prioritize workload in order to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independent thinker with the ability to execute in a high pressure role
  • Outstanding communication skills

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer that will develop a comprehensive and innovative marketing plan that will promote brand recognition and effectively shape our public profile.

Key responsibilities

As a key member of the Executive Management team, you will:

  • Set the foundation of the marketing department and define the vision of Nethermind’s marketing processes, strategy, and operational functions
  • Define, and ensure the execution of the end-to-end global marketing strategy, with localisation at it’s core and customer-centric storytelling
  • Research and assess the market and the company’s position in the Web3 ecosystem, and determine how and where the company should be positioned in the future
  • Develop the strategy to drive the organisation to that future market position and execute the strategy
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business goals, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
  • Establish short and long term marketing goals and objectives
  • Oversee the development and placement of the creative elements that position the company in the marketplace

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver the best performance across digital channels (programmatic, search, social, display, CRM) to achieve all layers of the acquisition funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Set growth and performance benchmarks, and establish analytics for KPIs per channel (CAC/LTV, retention, AOV, ROAS)
  • Build insightful dashboards to report on performance and efficiency on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Drive experiments with top programmatic platforms, and deliver high-quality results and CPFT

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in performance marketing and high familiarity with paid tools/vendors such as CRM, programmatic, search, social, display, affiliates and offline channels - preferably at a fast-paced tech company
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI or ROAS
  • Digital agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change
  • Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in the designated local language
  • Proficiency in marketing tools is advantageous (Excel, Tableau, or similar database/analysis tools)
  • Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space
  • Must be able to work independently, with strong work professionalism and collaboration to work remote with global marketing team members

  • Oversee strong GTM executions for new product launches
  • Drive multi-channel performance strategy to fuel demand-generation, acquire and retain customers
  • Build relevant social and community channels
  • Influence and approve creative content, ensuring consistent brand messaging, vision and business goals
  • Lead and manage the teams that execute compelling activations that support our brand and growth including industry conferences, influencer collaborations and podcasts
  • Influence our platform experience by partnering closely with product leadership on key landing pages and UX flows
  • Conduct segmentation, market research & competitive analysis to support product roadmaps
  • Own the growth and performance metrics including traffic, new users, CAC, conversion, retention
  • Own and manage the marketing budget
  • Define the marketing organization and manage a growing team (currently 8+ team members)
  • Hire, develop and retain key talent
  • Build the MarTech stack to support the strategy and data-driven decision making


Your story:

  • General:
  • 5+ years of FinTech or B2C SaaS Marketing and leadership experienceExperience in SaaS, preferably in a start-up or fintech
  • You are passionate about Crypto, understand why data sells and can dig deeper into it
  • You are able to create impactful teams and lead them to success
  • You have built and managed a team of 5-10 or more
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


  • Marketing:
  • Experience in setting up and scaling a marketing organization and marketing processes incl. MarTech stack
  • Proven successful experience in collaborating with Product teams
  • Know when to involve external agencies and freelancers and how to successfully manage them

Requirements

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Previous experience in designing viral marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience in working with influencers.
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
