Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the legal team's high growth and help them deliver timely and efficient advice.

Core Responsibilities

• Drafting,and negotiating legal documentation such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, MSA, partnerships agreements, vendors agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs across multiple jurisdictions and mainly in the UK and US

• Reviewing, updating contract templates and building contract playbooks

• Managing the company’s corporate legal activities and support its international expansion

• Providing advice on employment matters

• Providing advice on data protection matters

• Managing insurances

• Participation in due diligence with clients, partners and vendors

• Managing external counsel to help analyse legal and regulatory issues

• Supporting business stakeholders such as sales, product, finance and compliance teams
