Marinade's flagship product is SOL liquid staking that helps people stake to more than 400 validators to make the network more censorship-resistant, and at the same time unlocks staked SOL liquidity through mSOL so that people can both stake and participate in DeFi.

It's doing public good, making Solana safe and secure for everyone using it. The mSOL token will become a standard, final unit of account in Solana DeFi. Marinade is collectively governed by a DAO formed by all the parties that care about and use Solana.

Marinade was built without any VC money or token sales.

We launched in August, and now we're the second biggest DeFi project on Solana. You should understand our struggle if you have ever worked on a rapidly growing project. We have a great product, but we need you to pick up on things.

- We need somebody who is in charge of pushing a content plan (and creating it too).

- Our writers are ready to start working with you.

- Our team is ready to support you in your mission.

- We just need you to start coordinating with us.

You will be part of the comms working group and some of these projects:

- Creating a content calendar and filling it with relevant topics,

- Make sure content is produced (copy, design),

- Handle social media accounts and announcements.

What your first task could look like

==Requirements==

- Strong project management skills,

- Native-speaker level of English,

- Good knowledge of crypto,

- Ability to learn fast and adapt in a quickly evolving environment,

- Proactive, quick, sharp, structured, good time-planning.

==Nice to have==

- Familiarity with Marinade and/or Solana,

- Experience with community management and managing people,

- Remote work experience,

- Interest in DAOs.
