Onboarding new sales colleagues, establishing and explaining sales targets and ensuring that sales team is properly incentivized to reach the company’s target outcomes. This is a remote-first position based in North America (though we have Figmates all around the globe). The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales compensation role, or related sales operations or finance field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, including excellent analytical skills and a strong proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into insights (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.)
  • Proven record of exhibiting sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a history of taking ownership.

Responsibilities


The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from the development team. Lead, coordinate and establish requirements definition and use-case modeling by outlining the system's functionality and delimiting the system; for example, establishing what actors and use cases exist and how they interact, including:


• Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules), and wireframe for complex UCs (if needed)

• Work with UI/UX for UI/UX design and screen mockup up

• Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface

• Assist PM on project scope, estimation, and planning

• Assist PM on requirement sign-off process

• Assist PM in managing project change requests

• Acting as the bridge between the stakeholders and the partner to clarify the requirement with the development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team

• Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR, and implementation

• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System

• Obtaining IT knowledge-base

• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills

• At least 2 years of working experience.

• Basic knowledge of databases such as simple SQL query

• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques

• General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest in understanding a broad range of business models and needs

• A proactive can-do attitude and a strong commitment to the deadline

What you might be doing:

  • Analyse product metrics and provide insights and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and create reports to drive product decisions and bring actionable recommendations for product improvements.

About a role


We are looking for a NFT Analyst, a person who is deeply immersed in the topic of NFT. By joining our team, you will work with enthusiasts and specialists in DeFi, NFT, and Blockchain. About a role


We are looking for a DeFi Analyst, a person who is deeply immersed in the topic of DeFi. By joining our team, you will work with enthusiasts and specialists in DeFi, NFT, and Blockchain. This is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and see how completely new solutions are created on their basis and co-create ecosystems for innovative projects.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • creating and introducing the innovative market projects based on tokens,
  • designing tokenomy for both clients and Norion's projects,
  • developing concepts related to innovations that can be adapted to tokens,
  • designing ecosystems for the token,
  • creating a design for the innovative features and support in its implementation,
  • controlling the token after its launch (including strategic consulting in development),
  • preparing analyzes and calculations of introduced mechanisms with the use of a token,
  • analyzing competitive solutions, specific protocols, and ecosystems,
  • building a project development roadmap,
  • participating in the process of Whitepaper creation and other strategic documents;
  • participating in the internal crypto community:sharing & discussing news in an internal "news channel",
    sharing & discussing knowledge, and market solutions in an internal "knowledge compendium",
  • constant self-development in DeFi and crypto knowledge,
  • strategic consulting for existing crypto projects (clients),
  • developing a token operation model, its application, and usability,
  • defining problems on both the crypto market and the client-side, and solving them by developing solutions,
  • building a token entry strategy on the secondary market (CEX, DEX),
  • performing daily exploration of the cryptocurrency market,
  • searching for new products in this market and informing the team about it on the company's channel,
  • taking part in team meetings and creative work on innovative solutions for clients,
  • conducting workshops with the client (different specialists from Norion will be available to help),
  • consulting on possible technical solutions and the method of blockchain operation with other members of the project team,
  • conducting a verification of the possibility of implementing specific technical solutions for the development and product departments.


What we expect from you:



  • strong attraction to self-development in the crypto, especially deep dive in DeFi,
  • experience in using multiple DeFi services:efficient use of blockchain environment (understanding cryptocurrency wallet - seed / private key / public, performing transactions, DEX operation, loan protocols, impermanent loss, gas war, interesting hacks and tricks),
    good understanding of moving across different bridges,
    fluent navigation between different ecosystems,
    active DeFi user - AMMs, MMs, Bridges and other protocols,

    yield farming experience:LPs,
    Mining,
    Moneylegos,
  • participation in the project that introduced tokenization,
  • knowledge of at least one ecosystem at an advanced level (e.g. Ethereum [including Polygon, Binance Smart Chain], PolkaDot),

We are looking for a Senior Analyst for International Security  within EMEA. Your role includes supporting the build out and execution of International Security first line activities to support ongoing business demands and continued expansion across EMEA while collaborating with teams across the company to design, understand, and meet our security and technology requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing EMEA security and technology activities and facilitate company growth / expansion into new regulated jurisdictions. 
  • Contribute and execute Coinbase  international security framework across regulated Coinbase Entities within Europe, primarily Coinbase Germany and Coinbase Ireland. 
  • Executing risk assessments including outsourced and sub-outsourced services 
  • SLA monitoring and reporting for Technology, Security and Privacy services provided via shared services providers.
  • Incident management and reporting inline with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting product review process focusing on EU Technology, Security and data protection requirements. 
  • Serve as one of the primary security touchpoints with Coinbase Germany.
  • Coordination and management of Operational Resilience related activities including: Business Impact Assessments (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing 
  • Perform technology regulation gap assessments and lead remediation activities.  
  • Perform annual control assessments, design and automation where applicable. 
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of International Security activities e.g. security risk reporting

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in security or technology governance, risk, and or compliance. 
  • Track record of implementing security standards or frameworks including at least two of the following:  ISO 27001, EBA ICT and Security Guidelines, BAIT, FCA SYS15, NIST CSF
  • Demonstrable experience in:
    • executing risk assessments and working with threat modeling frameworks
    • control management, design and automation 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and are energized by bringing order to lots of moving parts
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams: Product Engineering, Enterprise Risk,  Legal, Data Governance, Customer Experience and Compliance, previous experience working with various global sites to implement coordinated efforts.
  • Experience working within Cloud native environments
  • One of more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or other relevant certifications

  • You have a relevant BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
